Construction Materials Project Manager—San Antonio, TX
The Construction Materials Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the safe, effective, and efficient execution of construction materials projects. The focus is on soil, concrete, and other construction materials testing.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Safety: Ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines including safety planning for all projects.
- Project Management: Safety, cost estimating, proposal preparation, monitoring project schedules to meet deadlines, cost control, project invoicing, and report review.
- Operations: Ensure that work is executed on time, within budget, in accordance with project requirements and within company policies, procedures and standards.
- Operations: Oversee and manage the field technicians to ensure that projects are ran safely, profitably, and that our clients are completely satisfied.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Construction Materials Project Management
- Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be proficient in the use of MS Excel & Word
- Good driving record
- ACI/ICC/NICET certifications a plus.
