The Inside Sales Position:
To assist its growing business, Midland Tool is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist. Midland expects this individual to manage locating new sales opportunities. This positions main job duties include cold calling, attending trade shows, building cliental and providing excellent customer service.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience
- Some construction industry experience
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Can work alone or on a team – Teamwork
- Attention to detail
