Collections Legal Assistant - Looking to hire immediately!

Kaye Bender Rembaum P.L. is a large Community Association practice located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Firm is seeking a Legal Assistant for our Community Association Collections Department. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.

Must live within a reasonable distance from the office.

Law firm experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Looking for someone with Collection Experience, Payment Processing and Collecting on Accounts That Are Due.

Must have a reliable vehicle.

Pay rate $25.00 per hour

Association Law firm experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Requirements:

Ability to think independently with assigned tasks.

Able to track and follow-up status on multiple cases simultaneously.

Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy when posting information in case files and ledger.

Strong organizational skills needed to maintain accurate records and documentation for files.

Manage daily/weekly/monthly task calendar for large volume of files.

Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.

Professional and courteous interaction with clients.

Proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs.

Job Type: Full-time
