Laundry Attendant

ATI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment for guests during their stay at the hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, and other hotel textiles according to established procedures and guidelines.

- Inspect linens for stains, tears, and damage, and treat stains using appropriate cleaning agents.

- Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines, safely and efficiently.

- Monitor inventory levels of linens and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area, including regular cleaning of machines, floors, and work surfaces.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling chemicals, operating equipment, and lifting heavy loads.

- Collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms and public areas.

- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a laundry attendant or a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.

- Knowledge of laundry operations and procedures, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding techniques.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the US

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
