Job Description
Essential Duties
- Assist showroom customers with product selection
- Answer phones, assist customers with their account and orders
- Maintain showroom daily by stocking appropriate materials when necessary, rearranging displays and general housekeeping both inside and outside to ensure that showroom is maintained.
- Maintain and promote assigned accounts
- Manage local deliveries & outbound freight logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service & follow up with potential customers
- Daily invoicing
Skills & Experience
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
