THE TYPE OF AGRONOMY LABORER - CUSTOM APPLICATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely
• Ability to blend fertilizer and follow labels when blending crop protection products
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and operate equipment with computer-assisted operations
• A desire to learn the trade
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work well with others and take instructions from agronomy managers
• Ability to perform laborious tasks repeatedly
• Ability to lift heavy objects, including tools and crops
• Ability to operate complex farm machinery and do routine maintenance on the machinery
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record

A custom applicator's license/CDL is preferred but not required - we will train!

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR AGRONOMY LABORER - CUSTOM APPLICATOR

Plan to work Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, except during peak season when there will likely be extended hours and weekends.

You play a crucial role in making sure everything runs smoothly and effectively. Not only do you handle machinery like a pro, but you also take good care of all the agronomy equipment, making sure it's in top shape. And when you're not busy driving around, you're always ready to jump in and help out with any other tasks that need doing.
