Strategy Director

rEvolution is seeking a curious, dynamic Strategy Director to join our growing Creative + Strategy team. In this role, reporting to the Senior Strategy Director, you will work cross-functionally to lead strategic work as part of integrated accounts and programs, collaborating with creative, account, operations, and business development teams to engage audiences, elevate brands, and grow client business.

You Will:

• Lead strategic work for key accounts and projects
• Partner with Creative and Account leaders to deliver integrated creative solutions and top-class execution
• Deliver inspiration to your creative partners in the form of insights gleaned from trends, cultural truths, and data
• Harness data and strategic best practices to develop insightful and actionable briefs and recommendations
• Collaborate with our Analytics & Insights and Research teams to mine data for creative inspiration
• Develop decks and content for large-scale pitches, presentations, and workshops across various clients and new business opportunities
• Help optimize the strategic, creative, and agency process as a voice of clarity and inspiration
• Stay on top of industry trends and technologies and become a resource across the agency
• Maintain a working knowledge of rEvolution services and client work to identify opportunities for growth

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience working as a Strategist at a creative marketing agency
• Experience in sponsorships and partnership marketing
• Expertise in the agency RFP, briefing, and pitch process
• Demonstrated passion and interest in a variety of culture, sports, motorsports, and/or brands
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, and/or a related field
• An open mind, the ability to think conceptually, and a collaborative approach to work

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago or Detroit office, but has a global reach
