We are a home health agency that specializes in one on one shift care for disabled pediatric and adult patients on G-Tubes, Trachs, and Vents. We have part-time, full-time, and per-diem cases with AM, PM, and NOC shifts available.

Job Requirements

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you must combine your experience with an empathetic and patient-centric personality, as well as a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. It is also important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact tactfully and respectfully with patients, family members, visitors and staff.

Specific qualifications for the LVN role include:

• Current LVN license
• 1 year LVN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Current PPD or chest x-ray
• Pediatric experience, preferred
