Job Description

InnoTECH Staffing is looking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer for an exciting, well funded, and fast-growing DEEP TECH start-up in the Boston, MA area. The candidate for this role should have ideally been a Technical Lead or Project Lead for a full product lifecycle (shipped a product) and have many years of industry experience.
This is a hands-on role working onsite at the company's HQ in the North End.

The job

Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop cutting-edge hardware products
Prototype complex electro-mechanical systems integrating computer vision, AI, optics, sensors, and motors
Design robust PCBs and power solutions for terminals
Designing and architecting optical systems
Utilize SBCs like Nvidia Jetson for GPU-based tasks
Implement low-latency camera systems
Write firmware for system on modules

Your background

Ability to quickly prototype in-house
Skilled in debugging electrical problems
Proficiency in Python, C, and object-oriented system architectures
Proficient in rapidly transitioning concepts to production
Flexible team player with a collaborative spirit
BS degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering along with a min of 3-5+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading a team and taking a product to launch
Prior start-up experience a huge plus
