Regional Sales Representative

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with over 100 offices and 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety. 

We have an exceptional opportunity for an additional, full-time Regional Sales Representative to support our sales teams in Corona, CA. We are looking for an individual with commercial roofing sales experience to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company. 

Year-end compensation for this position is between $150k - $200k + first year.

Job Summary:

• Receive and review leads from our Marketing Team for potential roofing projects
• Gather information on potential customer, phone contact with potential customer to schedule an initial appointment; review customer needs and measurements with Technical Representative
• Prepare and type sales proposals for presentation to customer
• Continue telephone and e-mail contact with customer subsequent to proposal presentation
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
