JOB CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME

LOCATION: Aledo, Texas

PAY RATE: Hourly

REPORTS TO: Construction Management Team     

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the assistant to the Construction Management team. Administrative Coordinator will use Penguin Data to update and maintain the status of projects and invoices.  This position is also responsible for establishing a professional environment while achieving the duties assigned below. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Telecommunications industry
• Effective communication skills & ability to work well with others
• Incorporate feedback from leadership
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
• Ability to maintain accurate record keeping
• Bilingual is preferred (English required)
• Proficient computer skills with using Microsoft Office 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

• Maintaining accurate data entry in the client system
• Penguin Data & Prism experience is preferred
• Maintaining a professional work environment
• Providing excellent client & customer service with professional communication skills
• Processing & reconciling invoices, quality control, and as-builds reports
• Review company related emails and create task list items for completion
• Communicate needs or concerns to Construction Management
• Perform clerical duties as assigned
• Keep and maintain a clean work/office area
• Performs other duties as assigned by Construction Management and provided general assistance to other employees as directed
