Construction Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the onsite project representative
• Inspection duties
• Perform construction contract administration
• Develop probable construction cost estimates

Key Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in engineering/construction or progressive experience in construction
• IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
• Working knowledge and experience with state and local regulations
• Knowledge and experience with MicroStation and Microsoft Office
