Job Title: Part-Time 503B Pharmacist

Location: Hudson, WI

Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Part-Time 503B Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry, adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Compounding: Oversee the preparation of our compounded medications according to established SOPs, ensuring accuracy, precision, and adherence to regulatory standards.
2. Quality Assurance during production: Perform quality control checks throughout the compounding process to guarantee the potency, purity, and sterility of compounded medications.
3. Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of 503B regulations and ensure strict adherence to all applicable state and federal guidelines.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compounding activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and quality assurance documentation.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, quality assurance personnel, leadership, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient care.
6. Training: Provide training and guidance to pharmacy staff on compounding techniques, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance as needed.
7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of new compounding techniques, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Active pharmacist licensure in the state of Wisconsin, or the willingness to obtain a license in the state of WI.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
