About the Role:

As a residential service apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with various residential service jobs. Under the guidance of our lead service technician, you'll uphold our high workmanship standards, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute positively to our team environment.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 an hour depending on experience, credentials, and apprenticeship ranking (level 1, 2, 3, or 4)

Level 1 - $18.00 to $20.00/hourly

Level 2 - $18.00 to $20.00/hourly

Level 3 - $20.00 to $22.00/hourly

Level 4 - $22.00 to $24.00/hourly

Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. regular hours per project demand with 30-minute lunch; Regular on-call emergency service rotation

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks and tests
• Ability to utilize hand and power tools; having your own tools is a plus
• Must possess mechanical aptitude and the willingness to learn/grow in the trade
• Effective communication skills with the ability to follow directions

Participation in and Completion of EnviroControl Systems' HVAC Apprenticeship program is a term of employment. All advancement and future salary increases are determined by participating in and completing required apprenticeship training. Failure to qualify for and/or to complete required Apprenticeship training may be cause for termination.
