As an SSP, you'll play a pivotal role in what matters most to our customers: Installing and enhancing the safety and security of their families and homes.

The process is simple.

We have a team of D2D sales Agents (And Inside Sales Agents) who contact and set up customers with ADT home security. In-home Installation appointments are scheduled and provided for you by our D2D and Inside Sales teams. By helping customers review their security options on-site and move forward with a custom home security installation, you will have the opportunity to make uncapped earnings in a short period of time!

What do you need to be qualified for this position?

Nothing more than a passion for customer service, a strong sales background, a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, and a desire to help keep others safe and secure. We provide the tools/equipment, paid training, and post-training support you will need.

The Responsibilities:

• 5-star Customer interaction – every day is a new opportunity!
• Customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems
• Confidently communicate with Customer, and train them on their new ADT alarm system.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial and career-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Proof of vehicle insurance (100/300/100 minimum)
• Smartphone/tablet

This job entails meeting certain physical requirements, including the ability to work above head level, carry loads of 30-50 pounds (such as equipment boxes and ladders), operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
