ALTA IT Services is looking for a talented person to update the content for our Clients Case Management System Client Portal website, as well as other websites. The ideal candidate should have experience in coding and using a content management system, be able to escalate server and editor issues with the portal, as well as availability and code issues to the Department of Technology Service. The contractor will also have working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, including keyword research, and skills in oral and written communication and graphic design. Knowledge of the health and human services sector would be beneficial.

Design and update web pages for Clients websites particularly ones that relate to Case Management System Client Portal.

Provide analytics to help drive viewership and review feedback to improve the usability and functionality of the websites.

Develop web services and features to enhance the look, feel, and overall customer satisfaction with the web and social media presence.

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Writing and editing content; selecting and editing photographs for inclusion.

Understanding of the coding and software used in the Clients responsive design template.

Proven web design development experience.

Demonstrable graphic design skills.

Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire framing tools.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user system interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Skills with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies including animation, multimedia design, and video and audio.

Working experience with web responsive design software, such as Frontend or Bootstrap.
