Looking for a 1st shift CNC machine operator in Irving, TX who specializes in fiberglass and aluminum honeycomb panels.
Must have more Than 5-10 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- CNC Programming/Machining
- Read G code
- Operating and programming Multicam 3000 CNC router
- Operating and programming Multicam 5000 CNC router
- Machining of composites and Plastics
- Aluminum Fixtures and Jigs
- Be proficient in either EnRoute R6 or Fusion 360 and Acad 17 or higher
- Read engineering drawing/blueprints and measure parts with hand tools
- Set-up and run 1-2 machines at a time as well as maintaining and cleaning machines
- CNC set-up
- Extremely Detail Oriented
- Maintain a clean and safe work cell
