Network Administrator - It Support Specialist

Three Doors Properties is seeking a skilled Network Administrator / IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our third-party vendors and consultants and be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

$26 - $31.50 hourly

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and security of the network.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Collaborate with our third-party consultant to create and maintain documentation related to network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members and our third-party partners to implement IT projects and initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Prior experience working as a Network Administrator or IT Support Technician.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
• Associate degree or trade certificate program in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with network hardware (wireless access points, routers, switches, firewalls) and software (Cisco, etc.).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
