Director of Student Health and Counseling

What are we looking for?

• M.D ; D.O.; M.S.N. or D.N.P.
• Ability to get licensed in Alaska in a timely manner
• DEA licensure
• At least 7 years of clinical experience
• 5 years of administrative experience including the supervision of healthcare providers
• BLS certification or the ability to become BLS certified within 180 days of hire
• Experience with fiscal management of a medical facility.
• Experience in organizational leadership, personnel management, decision-making, and conflict management
• Ability to actively participate in long-range strategic planning for a university unit and division
• Ability to design, implement, assess and administer programs to support student needs in a higher education environment
