Job Summary

The Production Assistant Intern is an entry-level position that is part of the Education team and reports to the Manager, Virtual Learning.

The Production Assistant Intern is primarily responsible for entering data into the Energy Worldnet (EWN) Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and testing the quality of the final product. Production Assistant Interns also support the company's various live training programs by performing tasks such as printing workbooks, preparing certificates, entering and maintaining attendance records, etc.

The Production Assistant Intern must have a strong attention to detail and must be able to easily transition among assignments, align work, maintain relationships, prioritize work, and work individually or in a group. In addition, they must have a strong passion for excellence, focusing on executing and influencing innovation, quality, and predictability for continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with voiceover talent to submit and screen voiceover assignments
  • Input and test virtual training content in the company's proprietary Learning Content Management System (LCMS)
  • Assist in the administration of various live training programs
  • Maintain the file structure and digital records associated with company training programs
  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
  • Perform related work as assigned

  • Organizational filing and file naming conventions

  • Operating a personal computer using Microsoft Office and other related applications
  • Effective (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, thorough, and resourceful

  • Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively


ABILITY TO
  • Assimilate, analyze, and react to a variety of information from multiple sources
  • Work with course development tools and software
  • Consistently review and validate existing content

  • Adapt to change direction in the middle of a project

Minimum Qualifications
  • One (1) year of general computer usage with online web browsing and applications, Microsoft Office, and other related applications
  • Preferred Qualifications and KSAs
  • One (1) year of experience in data entry
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Oil, gas, or energy industry or SaaS business model experience

  • Full Time, Part Time, Temporary -- Temporary
  • Travel Requirement (% of 40-hour work week) -- N/A
  • Work Arrangement (a blend of office and remote work as determined through a collaborative process between the employee and their manager) -- Hybrid Remote
  • Shift (note and days) -- Schedule to be determined within the hours of 8:00pm-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
  • Environment -- Office, Home Office
