Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/ Technician

We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team!

Open position is located in East Bridgewater MA

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Maintain, diagnose, and process equipment
Assist in repair and fabrication of tooling fixtures

Assist in implementation of custom equipment for manufacturing processes working with outside vendors as well as internal support

Assist in resolving production equipment downtime issues with maintenance team members
Assist in specifying and identifying new equipment and systems
Assist in evaluation of process equipment to help provide solutions for continuous improvement
Support building and ground maintenance activities
Establish and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with production personnel and supervisors
Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow team members and team leaders on daily production issues, work orders and project completions at the beginning and end of each shift

Qualifications Required

5+ years' experience in maintenance or as a mechanic

Detail oriented with strong documentation skills

Project management experience with leadership capability

The ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills

Communicate effectively with other team members and facility leadership

Follow instructions and established procedures

Must be able to communicate and read in English.
Must have transportation

Must be willing to work overtime
