The New York office of a prominent law firm has an opening for a Business Tax Attorney with at least 6 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in general, broad-based business tax, including general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Partnership work, with international experience a plus. An LL.M. in Tax is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.
