KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE is now accepting applications for a PART-TIME E-Commerce Sales & Support Team Member. This position has the responsibility of assisting in making sure that all aspects of the E-Commerce Sales and Fulfillment team meet KKF standards by ensuring guest satisfaction and making sure they receive exceptional guest service. The position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

COMPETENCIES/SCHEDULE

The ideal candidate for this position should have administrative and clerical experience as well as a guest service background. They should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. They should have a good attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality and ethical conduct. This is a part-time position, approximately 15 – 20 hours per week, Ability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month is appreciated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that all guests (internal and external) receive outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including timely greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
• Responsible for assisting with all outbound shipments, including preparation of sequentially numbered paperwork in shipping software system, monitoring of packing materials inventories, and packaging of product to be shipped.
• Performs general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of the shipping areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance along with organization and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments.
• Guest service and sales inquiries (via telephone and virtual chat) are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
• Display expert product knowledge for the various product lines offered via telephone and online.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office as well as a fulfillment center which can be fast-paced at times. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. It is an active role which requires 6 to 8 hours of standing and the ability to lift packages (up to 30lbs. occasionally). This position also would require some periods (6 to 8 hours) of extended sitting. Varied temperatures throughout t day/week will occur.
