Job Title: HVAC Dispatcher
Position Summary:
Hourly Position. Looking for dispatcher with
Strong trouble shooting; logistics; communication; leadership skills.
Experience with computer, customer database, Office Programs Word; Excel.
Experience managing dispatch schedule for technicians and drivers.
Ability to brief and debrief technicians.
Ability to set goals and motivate group and individual performance and productivity.
Key attributes for this position include being a team player with honesty, integrity and motivation to do a great job for our customers.
Work Hours: Regular office hours
Pay Scale: Commensurate with experience.

Position Requirements:
- HVAC Dispatch Experience 2+ years
- Strong Phone Skills
- Computer Skills
- Proficient in Office Word and Excel
- Experience with Customer Management Software
- Organized and Efficient in getting tasks done
- Knowledge of NJ geography a plus
