Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installer to save the day for our clients by installing and replacing HVAC products and equipment. To ensure your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. Are you looking for an established and respected company to grow your career with? If so, read on!


Our HVAC Installers enjoy a competitive salary of $70,000-$120,000/year plus excellent benefits. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.
