General Description:

Chris Nelson & Associates Inc. is searching for a Senior Civil Engineer with Land Development experience. The right candidate will have experience in preparing Grading and Drainage Plans, Utility Plans, Hydrology/Hydraulic analysis, earthwork calculations, street design and various other relevant tasks in Land Development. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D is required.

Licensed as a Professional Civil Engineer is desired, however, design engineers with sufficient experience in Land Development will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering calculations independently
• Prepare construction documents for land development projects
• Coordinate with other consultants such as architects, dry utility consultants and soils/structure engineers
• Develop conceptual designs
