Job Description

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with an Autism Center in Prudenville, MI who is seeking residential Behavioral Technicians. Their ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on patient behavior during therapy sessions
Assist with evaluations and patient assessments
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in the development of behavior intervention plans
Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Proficient in data collection and analysis
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
