Kinetico Advanced Water Systems is the world's largest, authorized, independent Kinetico dealership that is currently hiring experienced outside sales people for the Greensboro/Winston Salem, North Carolina territory. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of sales experience and be motivated by an uncapped commission structure that will enable you to earn as much income as possible. Top performers are provided with an automobile and all related expenses, all supplies needed to perform in the role including testing kits, branded attire, marketing materials, phone, tablet, benefits as well as highly qualified leads to start in this straight commissioned sales position. All current, experienced sales reps earn six-figure incomes with top earners making it into the top 10% of earners nationally. Essential Job Functions

· Develop strong, meaningful relationships with key accounts as well as prospective consumers while selling in an advisory capacity

· Act as an educator, teaching people about water and how to best resolve issues with contamination

· Learn and explain the engineering behind Kinetico water treatment systems

· Conduct consultative sales appointments where our customers are located, in their homes and at their places of business

· Develop new business by establishing relationships with key decision makers in relevant industries

· Achieve a defined revenue and units goal month-to-month

· Must be able to stay on task and develop strong daily habits to maximize your ROI

· Absolutely must be able to learn about the chemistry of water, contamination and the science behind water treatment

· Learn and understand the basics behind product installation to correctly assess job sites

· Must be extremely goal oriented and enjoy being rewarded for exceeding expectations

· Make as much money as you want with an uncapped commission plan and unlimited income potential

· Enjoy being put on a pedestal for being a top sales leader in the organization

 

Physical Demands

· Ability to sit and use a computer and to perform paperwork activities

· Actively walking homes, businesses, crawl spaces and uneven land terrain

· Ability to work in a variety of positions (bending, kneeling, crouching) to perform sales presentations and jobsite inspections

· Visual acuity sufficient to use a computer and to complete paperwork activities

· Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone

· Daily driving of a company provided vehicle required

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Is familiar with using a CRM software and can navigate simple office software

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

· Has been professionally trained as a salesperson and understands the structure of a sales consultation

· Enjoys speaking and listening to customers on the phone and has great phone selling skills

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business preferred

· 5+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

· Proven track record of success in current endeavor
