Accounts Payable/Accounting

Job Summary:
Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts payable process. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Powersports industry located in Parker, Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. Additionally, employees are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment issues
- Maintain accurate and organized vendor records
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Provide support for other accounting and finance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the auto industry preferred but not required
