INSTALLATION WORKING SUPERVISOR

Stalls Plus Inc. specializes in the sales and installation of commercial toilet partitions, lockers and toilet room accessories on new construction commercial projects throughout the tri-county area. As a growing company, we are excited to be expanding our installation department!

We are currently in search of a full time working installation/warehouse supervisor for our installation department. Job duties to be as follows:

(A) Manage warehouse operations including but not limited to:

- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments

- Inventory Control

- Maintain an orderly and clean work environment

(B) Manage and work along with our current employee staff performing installations of toilet partitions, lockers and toilet room accessories on commercial construction job sites.

(C) Train new employees as the department grows.

(D) Assist upper management with the coordination of installations using our outside subcontractor crews.

(E) Follow up with our customers to be sure all installations are complete according to the company quality standards.

Requirements:

(A) You must be a self-starter able to individually recognize tasks to be accomplished and follow through to get those tasks completed.

(B) You must have good reasoning ability and the ability to resolve issues in the field on your own.

(C) You must have good communication skills be able to speak effectively and clearly and demonstrate a good attitude dealing with our customers, our employees and management.

(D) You must have a skill set able to manage our current staff effectively while continuing on focusing to grow the department with upper management.

Qualifications:

(A) Valid Ohio Drivers License

(B) Ability to lift 75 lbs. on a daily basis

(C) Ability and experience to use power hand tools

(D) Ability to work both independently and with others

(E) Must be dependable with reliable transportation

(F) Previous experience in the trades is preferred

(G) Basic carpentry and math skills

(H) Ability to pass a mandatory drug screening
