• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and helping clients round out their accounts.
• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting clients with policy changes.

• An Active TX Property & Casualty License is Required
• 2+ Years Commercial Lines Account Manager Experience
• A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Team player with professional phone and office etiquette.
• Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems.
