As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing support for the engineers of the Vision System Division.
Your overall responsibility for providing support including:
- Must be an expert using the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Create management reports
- Generates presentation material for sales and engineering
- Ability to manage multiple calendars/schedules across various time zones
- Ability to independently develop professional correspondence
- Make and monitor travel arrangements including national and international flights, hotels, rental cars
- Working with database applications with the ability to create reports
- Manage travel expense reports including analysis to ensure expenses/receipts are in line with policy
- Take meeting minutes as needed and creates manager task lists
The background you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- You will need to be confident, assertive, organized, responsible and have a service attitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to organize work, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and good follow up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution focused.
- Proven skills with travel arrangements (domestic and international) and meeting/event coordination.
