As the Program Director at Evergreen Recovery's Drug Rehab Center, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform lives. Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the overall strategy and direction of the drug rehab programs.

- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including therapists, counselors, nurses, and support staff.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in addiction treatment.

- Collaborate with the clinical team to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans.

- Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.

- Provide guidance and supervision to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
