As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of reducing electronic waste.

Position Overview:


We are currently seeking a motivated Technician to support our daily repair operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate consistency, organization, and a passion for troubleshooting common computer and electronic issues. While previous experience is not mandatory, a background in Physics or Science is advantageous. We provide comprehensive training to ensure success in this role and welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:


- Repair a variety of consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common computer and electronic issues accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity and safety.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and repair techniques through ongoing research and training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet repair deadlines and uphold quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:


- Consistent and organized approach to tasks.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot electronic problems effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or Science (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts as needed.
