Pay: $18.00 - 24.00/hr DOE

Primary Job Function: To assist with maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems, providing the customer with a quality experience. Spend time in each department learning the trade, running parts, installing, and servicing. Within one year, this individual will be a full-time service technician and running their own jobs.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week plus on-call and weekend work depending on demand

Required Qualifications:

• HVAC education preferred and a strong mechanical background
• Previous trade or construction background preferred
• Ability and aspiration to learn new skills
• Clean driving record and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
