-Prepare raw ingredients as assigned.

-Preparing and packing hot and cold meals in accordance with recipes.

-Assists in cleaning and maintaining kitchen, storage areas & equipment.

-Assists cook in plating dishes and placing them in appropriate location.

-Follows local health department laws.

-Ability to communicate effectively with all staff members.
