Recruitment Specialist

Privatus is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and results-driven individual to recruit Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants & Home Health Aides for our, Lexington, MA office.

In this important role you will source, interview, and hire caregivers to service our private pay clients throughout Boston and the surrounding areas, including the North Shore. Requirements:

·      Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience (2+ years preferred)

·      Healthcare/Homecare recruiting experience

·      Experience in full cycle recruiting (Sourcing, Interviewing, Background & Reference Checks, and Onboarding)

·      Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

·      Experience in sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Forms

·      COVID Vaccination

About The Job:

You’ll Be Responsible For:

·      Placing and maintaining recruitment advertising

·      Conducting creative networking & recruiting events

·      Building relationships with colleges and universities and other referral sources

·      Reviewing resumes and conduct phone screens

·      Scheduling and conducting applicant interviews weekly

·      Sourcing candidates through a variety of outreach efforts

·      Conducting background checks and reference verification on all Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants & Home Health Aides

·      Participating in weekly meetings with operations team to review areas of need

·      Maintaining a robust applicant tracking system (Taleo)
