The Role:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be instrumental in assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the front-of-house operations of all outlets, while maintaining brand standards and maximizing profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the daily operations for all food and beverage outlets and banquets at both hotels.
• Ensure shift coverage for outlets, create staffing schedules, and implement cost controls.
• Conduct inventory, address guest feedback, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Resolve guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude, collaborating with the team to meet guest requests.

Your Skills and Style:

• You have a passion for delivering quality service in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Previous hospitality experience required, with a focus on guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm in all situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
