REPORT TO: Vice President of IT DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

SUMMARY OF ROLE: As an IT BUSINESS ANALYST, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Technology and business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities are to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose data drive solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, management, and stakeholders, to enhance efficiency and decision making within the organization.

Essential Functions

1. REQUIREMENTS:

• ● Gathering Engage with stakeholders to understate needs and objectives.
• ● Elicit, document and prioritize business requirements.
• ● Translate Business requirements into functional specifications.

• 2. SOLUTION DESIGN:

• ● Work closely with development teams to design solutions.

• ● Create detailed system requirements, use cases, and user stories.

• ● Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

  3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• ● Participate in project planning, scoping, and resource allocation.

• ● Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks.

• ● Facilitate all communications between technical and non technical teams.

  4. CHANGE MANAGEMENT:

• ● Assist in change impact assessments

• ● Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as required

• ● Support the adoption of new processes and technologies

  5. BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS:

• ● Review and assess existing business operations, workflows and systems.

• ● Identify pain points, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• ● Propose process improvements and automation opportunities.

  REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• ● Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• ● Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.

• ● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• ● Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities.

• ● Solid Working experience with Salesforce.

• ● Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software

• ● In-depth knowledge in managing multiple competing priorities.

• ● Highly Skilled at analyzing business processes, facilitating teams, crafting and presenting business case analysis and crafting communication across the organization.

• ● Healthcare Background is preferred.

Physical Demands

● This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
