Job Description

Mission Restoration: Innovating roofing and restoration across Arizona. We are committed to enhancing the communities we serve through remarkable service, high grade materials, and exceptional installation practices. We specialize in assisting with insurance claims to ensure our customers as little financial burden as possible.

Highlights:

KB-2 general contractors licensure (able to oversee all aspects of a claim)
$100k+ first year reps, $200k+ second year reps
Multiple points of commission (throughout a job)
High commission percentages
Residual manager pay/paid mentorship
Cheapest material & labor in the state
5 offices across the state in each major market we serve
Remote housing available
Largest volume shingle installer in the Southwest

With our 100+ person office support staff, we streamline insurance negotiations so sales reps can focus on what they do best, selling. Join our team in the construction sales industry and unleash your earning potential.

Role responsibilities:

Run company provided leads (guaranteed)
Signing contingency agreements/cash contracts with new customers
Call (or) talk to neighbors around our installs
Estimation
Overseeing installs
Customer communication
Team management

Physical Requirements:

Endurance: expected to stand and walk for extended durations
Agility: capable of climbing ladders, walking on rooftops, and safely descending
Strength: regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Mobility: must be able to carry and maneuver ladders as needed
Transportation: utilize own vehicle to get between clients homes
