As a Senior Proposal Coordinator (aka, Proposal Wizard, Magician and Superhero), you will showcase your skills and creativity by teaming with Business Development and Associates in your region to craft compelling proposals that win over clients and set us apart from our competitors.

Your Spells Include:

• Weaving your magic with your organizational skills, your words, and eye for design while crafting proposals that tell our story and highlight our unique value proposition.
• Collaborating with our project teams and clients to understand project requirements and develop proposals that exceed expectations.
• Using your mystical research skills to identify industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to incorporate into your proposals.
• Working your editing enchantments to support one-voice methodology and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all proposal content.
• Waving your wand to create and manage multiple proposals simultaneously, swooping in to save the day and ensuring all details are in place before meeting challenging submission deadlines.
• Being your region's encyclopedia, a resource for proposal leadership to support qualifications and information needed by other departments (finance, preconstruction, operations, etc.).
• Keeping current versions of RFP documents organized and accessible, and ensuring all supporting team members have access.
• Helping us enchant and delight our clients by developing and maintaining a repository of proposal content, including case studies, project descriptions, team resumes and other marketing materials.
• Updating regional proposal templates, project sheets, and database information, making it searchable for future project pursuits.
• Acting as a champion for your region by creating Company and District award submittals to celebrate the company's successes. Top of Form
• Conjuring up creative design ideas and solutions to make our proposals stand out from the rest.
• Leading the final publishing of the proposal, delivering a top-notch product that's sure to transform into new opportunities for Samet and our clients.

Project Proposal Powers:

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Several seasons as proposal wizard with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• The drive and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders on your projects to create an environment of inclusion with each of your proposals.
• A passion for storytelling and casting spells with words and creative design.
• Organizational skills that would make the realm proud, with an eye for detail like no other.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• The talent to be able to juggle projects like a seasoned professional who can meet tight deadlines.
• A proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (heavy focus on In-Design; Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus) and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new proposal management software.
