Position Summary: In this role, the Digital Engagement Intern will play a pivotal part in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including the implementation of SEO best practices, social media management, and overseeing paid advertising campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• SEO and Content Optimization
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility in search engine results.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, ensuring it aligns with SEO goals and industry trends.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Paid Advertising
• Assist with creation and management of digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and provide regular reports on key metrics.

Job Specifications:

• Junior or Senior year student at a local university studying in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be interested in digital marketing and paid advertising (Google Ads and Social Ads).
• Basic knowledge in GA4, Meta, HubSpot, LI Campaign Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
