Technology Program Analyst

Job Title: Technology Program Analyst

Job Location: Mission, KS

Job Summary: As a Technology Program Analyst, you are responsible for preparing quotes in accordance with ScriptPro programs to leverage new and existing technologies. You will assist in the development of sales proposals to ensure programs are accurately represented utilizing standard quote formats and pricing.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Sales Support Operations

Work Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Initial onboarding and training will require an in-office schedule. Post-onboarding and training will require a primarily remote schedule with occasional in-office training and team building activities. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Remote Work Requirements:

• Must have high-speed reliable internet access
• Must have a distraction free home office workspace
• Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Scope of the Role:

• Prepare quotes using standard quote formats and pricing tools
• Analyze and interpret quote requests to make accurate assessments of requirements based on approved programs
• Work in conjunction with ScriptPro’s engineering, manufacturing, program management, and implementation teams to develop cost analysis for programs that require project pricing
• Make recommendations to leadership for improving the effectiveness of programs and processes
• Support customer engagement as necessary
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 2+ years’ relevant work experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiencies (e.g. Excel and Word)
• Experience with Salesforce customer relationship management software, preferred

Working Conditions:

This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
