Our Rockstar candidate has the following qualifications:
· High school diploma
· 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
· Great telephone etiquette for inbound customer calls
· Experience following up with customers to answer questions and documenting the call
· Strong computer skills and data entry experience
· Experience completing various administrative tasks
· Experience with organizing and prioritizing weekly tasks
· A positive attitude!
You must also be willing to obtain your Property and casualty insurance license. This is required to be able to discuss coverages with clients, legally, and also give you the opportunity to earn your well deserved commissions. We will provide the tools and training needed to help you pass your exam and be successful in our company.
Primary Duties:
· Answer incoming customer service phone calls
· Call existing customers to answer questions and resolve issues
· Quote rates for customers
· Follow Up with customers regarding policy renewals
· Data Entry and scanning documents into our system
· Call insurance and mortgage companies to resolve issues
· Various administrative tasks in the office as needed
Job Requirements:
· Friendly demeanor in person and on the phone
· Customer service and administrative skills
· Computer experience with Microsoft and Adobe produces
· Ability to pass a federal background check and fingerprinting
· Pass the licensing requirements within 60 days of hire

Recruitment Process:
