Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, according to Maü's recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
• Ensure accuracy in taking and entering drink orders into the point-of-sale system, and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking bar supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and comply with all legal requirements regarding responsible beverage service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service and maintain overall guest satisfaction.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests by providing excellent customer service and anticipating their needs.
• Stay informed about current trends in mixology and beverage offerings, and contribute ideas for new cocktails and drink specials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
