Summary:
The Leadership Development / Organizational Development Specialist collaborates across organization levels and stakeholders to provide strategically aligned training and organizational development initiatives for Broward Health. They will manage all aspects of training content including the assessment instructional design development execution of training across modalities and measurement of effectiveness/outcomes. Coordinates and delivers organizational orientations leadership and staff development programs and organizational development initiatives based upon regulatory agency requirements and Broward Health identified needs. Works with the LD/OD team and stakeholders across the organization to assist in change management strategies curriculum development assessment measurement and additional department initiatives.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

Experience:
  • Two years of related experience in training and organizational development with instructional design skills.

Credentials:
  • Coaching Organization Development and/or Instructional Design certification preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) preferred but not required.
