As a Process Engineer on the Statco-DSI team, you have the opportunity to work closely with our internal team and our customers to craft top of industry process solutions. You will be a part of the design and implementation process, ensuring a successful project.
Are you motivated by this work?
- Design, develop, configure and optimize process systems from inception through startup/completion
- Identify customer requirements for each project through developing relationships with customer personnel, reviewing provided documentation/drawings and completing appropriately identified testing.
- Develop process flow diagrams and accompanying Process & Instrumentation Diagrams
- Prepare system cost estimates and proposal documents for the customer
- Participate in all testing required for each project
- Ensure the appropriate equipment, instrumentation and services are selected for each project
- Manage the project schedule, including on-site installation including start-up testing
- Document best practices/procedures and create operation manuals for the customer

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Five (5) or more year’s work experience as a Process Engineer or Project Manager; preference given to candidates with experience in sanitary manufacturing industries
- Ability to travel 40-60% to support sales, customer sites, training, commissioning, startups for projects as needed
- You like to motivate yourself and can prioritize your own work
- You can work well as part of a team, lending and taking support as needed
- You love creating solutions to problems
