Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer on the Statco-DSI team, you have the opportunity to work closely with our internal team and our customers to craft top of industry process solutions. You will be a part of the design and implementation process, ensuring a successful project.

Are you motivated by this work?

• Design, develop, configure and optimize process systems from inception through startup/completion
• Identify customer requirements for each project through developing relationships with customer personnel, reviewing provided documentation/drawings and completing appropriately identified testing.
• Develop process flow diagrams and accompanying Process & Instrumentation Diagrams
• Prepare system cost estimates and proposal documents for the customer
• Participate in all testing required for each project
• Ensure the appropriate equipment, instrumentation and services are selected for each project
• Manage the project schedule, including on-site installation including start-up testing
• Document best practices/procedures and create operation manuals for the customer

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Five (5) or more year’s work experience as a Process Engineer or Project Manager; preference given to candidates with experience in sanitary manufacturing industries
• Ability to travel 40-60% to support sales, customer sites, training, commissioning, startups for projects as needed
• You like to motivate yourself and can prioritize your own work
• You can work well as part of a team, lending and taking support as needed
• You love creating solutions to problems
