Project Coordinator and Ops Generalist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have great attention to detail with the ability for quality checks
• Someone who can analyze and find solutions
• A self starter who uses research and other tools to find answers
• Support end-to-end project management
• Lead program launches with support of current timelines for upcoming programs
• Identify areas of process improvement and work collaboratively to create efficiencies
• Develop support documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
• Support new tech initiatives within the company
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• Work to be a subject matter expert on our tech stack and assist other teams, departments, and students with troubleshooting and technical issues
• Support in-depth data analysis using MS excel, pivot tables, charts, graphs, slicers and advanced formulas - training will be provided
• Provide project support cross-functionally with leadership and other teams

Qualifications:

• Be a task driven self-starter
• Must be able to accept feedback, and incorporate it to their practice quickly
• Strong desire to learn and quick at learning new skills - training will be provided
• Experience with project management software (MS Project and Asana preferred)
• Familiarity with Content Management systems like Wordpress
• Strong interest in learning data analytics, previous experience is a major plus
• Tech oriented with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues across platforms
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Communication and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required such as Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or other strongly preferred
