Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Specialist Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance claims handling and estimation, with the ability to accurately assess damages and provide detailed estimates for repair or replacement.

Responsibilities:

Review insurance claims and assess damages to determine coverage and liability.

Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties to assess the extent of loss.

Prepare detailed estimates using industry-standard software and tools including Xactimate.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.

Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third-party vendors when necessary.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims estimation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance claims handling and estimation.

Proficiency in estimation software such as Xactimate or similar programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
