Information Assurance/Cybersecurity Analyst

Rite-Solutions is seeking an Information Assurance/Cybersecurity Analyst to provide on-site support to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). The Analyst will manage, create, and process authorization packages working with program managers, system engineers, and developers to obtain accreditation for US Navy information systems, primarily with Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) systems.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• In performing System Security Accreditation, the Analyst shall prepare and develop the system's/network's security, accreditation, and certification documentation related to the build out of the secure and non- secure voice and data systems/networks.
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and applications such as Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support (eMASS), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Familiarity with DoDI 8500.1, DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework
• C&A and/or A&A experience
• Analyst must assist the program manager and technical program personnel through the process of implementing security controls, creating documentation, and working the documentation through the process.

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must have a CompTIA Security+ certification
• Excellent communication skills required
• Position requires U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a security clearance with the US government; active security clearance preferred
• Military or government experience preferred but not necessary
